Learn the history of the oldest recorded dance (3000 - 6000 BC) to impress your friends :), and why women used it for thousands of year. Watch demonstrations of these secret movement codes and how they've helped women heal from the inside out, rekindle intimacy in their relationships, improve their self-confidence, and make heads turn when they walk in a room!

Allison Kenny is the Founder of Bellydance Meditation®, The Shimmy Cure!®, and The Bellydance Meditation Online Yoga Teacher Training™ CEU series. Allison is also an approved Subject Matter Expert by The Yoga Alliance and published a 21-part online video series with companion workbook called, "Bellydance Meditation." As a Movement Arts professional, Allison has taught and performed Bellydance for over 15 years and has helped hundreds of women to heal (and radiate!) from the inside out. Allison Kenny is the Founder of Bellydance Meditation® and The Yoga Alliance approved, Bellydance Meditation Online Yoga Teacher Training™ Continuing Educational Video Series. As a professional Bellydancer, Bellydance teacher, and approved Subject Matter Expert by The Yoga Alliance, Allison has served hundreds of people (mostly women) in helping to awaken their divine feminine and to heal collective feminine soul wounds through this ancient dance medicine. She also holds several certifications in Health and Wellness including Pilates, Group Exercise professional (AFAA), and personal trainer (NASM). Allison also holds a certification from the University of San Francisco Department of Exercise and Sports Medicine in Fall Prevention and Exercise for Adults with Special Needs. In 2009, she won the Group Exercise Program Designer of the Year award from the YMCA. Allison cares deeply about people, and designs fun and meaningful movement experiences that help individuals reconnect to themselves, balance their Chakras, and move into radiant health and well-being!
