Event Description:
TVCP wants you to join us for a great opportunity with ActionCoach Columbus to empower you through “I AM!” These two small but powerful words dictate what you believe about yourself. This fun and effective activity will allow you to put this into practice and allow you to see your goal(s) as if you accomplished them. Your “I AM” statement(s) will guide you through ways to achieve your goal(s). Our facilitators will then guide you through to discover the qualities needed to display in achieving your goal(s). By the end of the session, you will have positive affirmations to support you in achieving your goal(s).
Peg Buehrle, Managing Partner, ActionCOACH Columbus
Peg is co-managing partner of ActionCOACH Columbus, a global top 10 coaching firm based in Columbus, Ohio. She spent over 20 years in the radio industry managing large teams of sales professionals. She created many streams of non-traditional revenue for her stations and managed the business activities of two popular Columbus stations. Peg is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Journalism. She lives in Upper Arlington with her husband John, two teenage daughters, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. Peg is very competitive, works out daily, and continues to coach and play basketball. Peg is a coach who focuses on improving and leveraging people skills to achieve dramatic improvement in business results. She has spent more than 14 years as a coach helping busy executives increase their effectiveness and business owners improve results with less effort. Peg develops very close relationships with her clients and helps them to do the same with their employees. In addition to her business coaching clients, she professionally mentors’ other coaches from all over the world who want to learn from her. Peg was recently awarded the Smart 50 award for leading one of the Smartest companies in the region, Global Biggest Community Impact award in 2019, and is currently ranked 3rd among coaches in the United States, and 9th in the world.
Julie Easterling, Director of Marketing, ActionCOACH Columbus
Julie is the Director of Marketing (or Marketing Magician, her “official” title) for ActionCOACH Columbus, a global top 10 coaching firm based in Columbus, Ohio. She worked for many years in small business as an executive for hospitality management companies before transitioning to a department store retail environment doing business to business sales and personal shopping/image consulting for high end clients. She graduated with a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Communication, with a triple focus in Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communication, and Speech. She lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio with her husband, Jay, 3 young daughters, and a golden retriever. Julie is passionate about creating marketing activities that are consistent and feel easy. She knows that the #1 indicator of a willingness to grow is a company’s emphasis on marketing strategy, and she plans and executes the strategies in many facets for her firm and clients every day.
