Event Description:
The U.S. Department of Labor has issued a new regulation that dramatically impacts which employees will be exempt from eligibility for overtime.  Many employees who previously were exempt from overtime will now be eligible.  I will discuss the changes to overtime eligibility, how they may impact employers, and what steps employers need to take to be ready for the new regulation.
