Rob Livingston, Branch Manager: Having been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years, Rob has witnessed the power of homeownership as he has successfully walked hundreds of clients through their first/next home purchase and/or refinance. Rob is passionate about educating new and current homeowners on their financing options, committing himself to being the clients’ ‘Loan Advisor for Life’. This commitment is made clear through Rob being in the top 1% of loan originators in the nation for the last 5 years. The majority of his time, though, is spent with the branch’s Loan Advisors, training and coaching them on running their business well and showing up as their best self each day.
Alexandria Morrison, Sales Manager: Prior to home financing, Alexandria was completing a master’s degree and teaching undergraduate students part-time – it has been amazing to see how many skills have transferred from research and lecturing to mortgage origination! Alexandria is driven to make the mortgage process streamlined, easy to understand, and accessible for every single client. She is, also, committed to growing a team of honest, integrous, transparent mortgage professionals who deliver exceptional service to their clients and business partners.
